You are what you THINK, FEEL & BELIEVE you are. Also known as the connection between mind & body our thoughts have the power to alter our inner and outer worlds, so whoever you think you are as a person and however you think the world operates will be reflected back to you in the events of your life and the quality of your health.

Want to come out of your shadows into the light? Alter your emotional state? Rewire your limiting beliefs? Interrupt the habitual patterns? Heal?

There are many healing modalities I could recommend, but one of my favorites and one that has proven to be very effective on my journey has been affirmations! Affirmations are a part of my daily routine, a self-love practice that invites me to reprogram the subconscious mind of limiting beliefs and encourages me to see things as they really are - with love and kindness :)

Affirmations can be powerful positive statements that highlight or manifest certain values in your being.  It is a way to love yourself, to be reminded of what qualities, traits & values you wish to embody & to create the reality you want to live. Affirmations also help us to step back from self-judgement and self-sabotage.

I believe that when we intentionally put thoughts, feelings, perceptions, and beliefs into the subconscious mind WE CAN CREATE OUR FUTURE.

I invite you to come up with 7 or more affirmations which you believe will help you rise up & heal. Align them with the energy centers so that you can start to re-center each day when you recite them out loud in front of the mirror.

(7) Crown - Located at the crown of the head

Inspiration, Source, Spirit

I am open to receive guidance, divine wisdom & inspiration. I am trusting in my intuition. I am open to receive light energy from above. I am connected to the divine/cosmos, I am looked after. I am open to see the signs, I surrender to a higher power/intelligence. I am a part of a greater plan. Spirits communicate through me. I am at one with nature. I live in the present moment. I am open to a practice of meditation, visualization, and prayer.

Vision & Intuition 

I see my inner and outer worlds. I am intuitive, clairvoyant, cognizant. I have the ability to learn new things. I have new ideas, open perceptions, high quality of thoughts, revelations, and insight. I am in touch with my inner guidance. I am intelligent.

(5) Throat - Located at the base of the throat

Communication, Expression, Truth

I am a good communicator. I express my truth with clarity. I am confident in my words. I am truthful & trust worthy. I have the courage to express how I feel. I am willing to share my experiences and wisdom, I easily communicate my feelings. I have integrity. I am of my word, and am honest and authentic. 

(4) Heart- Located at the center of the chest 

Love, Compassion, Equality

I am able to give & receive love equally. I am love that connects us all. I am worthy of unconditional love and kindness. I am empathetic, I am compassionate. I forgive myself and others. I am open to love. I am grateful.

(3) Solar Plexus - Located at the abdomen

Willpower, The Fire Within & Your Perception of Who You Are. 

I am strong, determined, and brave. I honor myself. I am powerful. I am abundant. I thrive in health, I am confident. I have big goals and a strong mindset. I am highly valued, focused, and positive.

(2) Sacral- Located at the pelvic area 

Relationships- with Self and Others, Intimacy, Creativity, Movement & Play

I am beautiful, I am creative. I am passionate, I am worthy. I love, value & respect my body, I embrace my sexuality. I am comfortable with my emotions, I am abundant in opportunities to play and create.

(1) Root- Located at the base of the spine  

Your Foundation, Connection with the Earth, Environment and Your Body.

I am home, grounded & stable. I am safe. I am secure in my foundation. I trust, I am supported, I am fearless. I am free of control.

If we can each affirm the beauty within ourselves, we can collectively rise up, for ourselves & others to be better humans, embodying our truth & sharing from love.
