Stacey is a Certified Quantum Reiki Healer. Reiki is a Japanese healing technique used to promote healing by transmitting this subtle energy through the hands into the human energy system. By combining universal energy and individual life force energy, this deeply relaxing and meditative practice can open up new pathways of healing & enhance wellbeing. Reiki dissolves & eliminates toxic energy & substances from the physical, mental and emotional levels of your being, and harmonises the flow of energy within you.  It involves placing the hands on, or just to hover above the body in order to rebalance your chakras and bring healing energy to all of your organs.
Crystals are also used to enhance healing. Great if your feeling stuck or unmotivated energetically, if you’re looking for clarity & balance.
