Service Description

Stacey offers tailored classes to suit the levels & abilities of individual students. You can let her know which style of class you wish to take or experience in your practice and she will create a class specially designed for you. Styles of classes you could experience: VINYASA Stacey shares 'yoga' (in all its forms) from her heart. In her classes she invites you to combine 'jnana yoga' (wisdom & truth), 'Pranayama' (breath work), and 'sankalpa' (intention) to the asana (play/physical) practice in order for you to arrive home in your body & mind, in a state of 'being' & 'at ease'. Stacey's classes are open to all levels, from beginner to advanced. We promise that you will be challenged, yet nurtured. Her creative sequencing and dynamic flow will leave you wondering how you ended up where you are and have you leaving wanting more. YIN / RESTORATIVE Balance your Yang with Yin yoga beneath the light of the moon. An invitation for you to pause, breathe, observe and relax. Postures are typically on the floor, seated or laying down and are held for up to 5 minutes long to access deeper layers of fascia & connective tissue. By doing so, it can promote healing in the joints of the physical body and release blocks in the emotional & energetic body. Stacey loves to share wisdom from the teachings of Buddha & of Patanjali. ROCKET INSPIRED VINYASA This class is for experienced practitioners wanting to advance in their asana practice. It is very dynamic and includes variations and opportunities to play or try something new. This class combines inversions with strength. Why not grab your friends and make it a group session! She can record this session and make it available for you to return to practice anytime you wish. Ask Stacey about package options.
